Teach and check in with QR
At each session, scan the student's QR code from your phone. One session is automatically deducted from their pack.

Once sessions are confirmed, your share is released. We pay out once a month to your bank account.

Referral commissions
Share your referral link. You earn 1% of everything a referred coach, venue or student transacts on the platform for the next 12 months.
How you get paid
We collect the money from the student, then pay you out on the 1st of the next month. Here's exactly how the flow works.
Students pay us up front
When a student buys a pack, course, ticket or shop item, the full amount goes to us first. You know the money is there before you teach a single session.
Earn per session as you deliver
Each pack is split evenly across its sessions. Sell a 10-session pack and deliver 3? You've earned 30% of the pack total. Each QR check-in releases the next slice.
One payout on the 1st of every month
On the 1st we add up everything you earned the previous month — pack sessions delivered, course enrollments, shop orders, event ticket sales and referral commissions — subtract our commission, and send it as a single bank transfer.
Commission gets lower the more you teach
We take a percentage of each session. The more sessions you deliver, the lower our share — your tier is recalculated nightly from confirmed sessions over the last 90 days.

Why we hold the funds: client protection
Holding the balance lets us refund a student fairly if a coach can't finish a pack — they only ever lose what was undelivered. For you it's just as good: sessions you've already taught are locked in and paid out. The unused portion stays protected until you teach it.

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Creating a coach profile is free. We only earn when you earn — a commission is taken from each session.
When do I receive my money?
On the 1st of every month. We total up every session delivered, course enrollment, shop order, ticket sold and referral earned the previous month, subtract our commission, and send one bank transfer.
What if a coach can't finish a pack?
Because we hold the balance until each session is delivered, students can be refunded for any sessions they didn't get — without you ever being out of pocket on what you already taught. After each check-in there's a 48-hour window for the student to flag the session before it's locked in.
Do I need my own venue or equipment?
You decide. Add the gyms, studios, parks, or cafes where you already teach. You can also offer online sessions if your category allows it.
Why do coaches get verified?
Verified coaches appear higher in search and inspire trust with new students. We check your profile, credentials, and initial reviews.
Do I need to speak English?
It helps, since most students are expats — but you list every language you speak and students filter by language. Even basic English is enough for many categories.
Do I get my own website?
Your Get Your Local Coach profile is always free — it's a full coaching page on its own. If you want your own branded site at your own domain (yourname.com), add hosting for $5/month. Bring your own domain or buy one through us; no coding needed.
