My primary aim is to provide you with the tools, support, accountability and guidance that you need to lose weight, build muscle and have an overall healthy lifestyle that you love. My coaching style is a balance between education, empowerment and creating a strong mindset. I don't just schedule a 30 minute check-in each week. We keep in contact via private message in between the sessions where you will receive additional training material. You are guided through the process step by step and kept accountable for your actions. I have been in the fitness industry for 13 years mainly focused in bodybuilding, I have been a personal trainer for 6 years and online coaching for the last 4 years also, working with various clients. Now I mainly work with men and women who want to lose weight, build muscle and feel good about themselves. I therefore understand the challenges you face when you want to lose weight, build muscle and make lifestyle changes.
